Roma glassworks were started of Carina Löfgren and Kenneth Täckenström 1999 in Roma, that is located in the middle of Gotland. In their platen studio collaborates artists and handicraft area stem to create unique products and to investigate the platen's possibilities.

Roma glassworks moved their activity years 2004 to culture meeting place Roma Kungsgård.
